Summary:

Applicants must first contact Energy Trust and schedule a free home inspection, which will evaluate your home's efficiency and make suggestions on how to improve energy efficiency. During the inspection, you may have up to 4 free CFL bulbs installed in your home.

Once your new equipment is installed by an approved professional contractor, Energy Trust may re-inspect the home to verify an increase in efficiency before rebates are issued for installed products.
