Clean Energy Property Rebate Program
The following types of applicants are eligible to apply for the rebates:

  • Commercial
  • Nonprofit
  • Schools

The following table shows the requirements in order to be eligible for the rebates:
Requirements for Eligibility
The rebates will apply to the purchase of any of the following systems:

  • Lighting
  • Lighting Controls/Sensors
  • Comprehensive Measures, Whole Building
  • Solar Water Heat
  • Solar Space Heat
  • Solar Thermal Process Heat
  • Photovoltaics (PV)
  • Wind
  • Geothermal Heat Pumps
    Daylighting

The rebate levels are mapped out below:
Maximum Incentives
Photovoltaics
Solar Thermal Electric
Active Space Heating
Wind		 $500,000.00
Domestic Solar Water Heating: $100,000.00
Geothermal Heat Pump: $100,000.00
Lighting Retrofitting: < $0.60ft2 or $100,000.00
Building Energy Efficiency: < $1.80ft2 or $100,000.00
Incentive Amount
Amount: Up to 35% of equip. cost.
All equipment that is the subject of a rebate request will be inspected to ensure the requirements on this page are met.
