The following types of applicants are eligible to apply
for the program:
- Residential
- Multi-Family Residential
- Low Income Residential
The following table shows the requirements in order to be eligible

The rebates will apply to the purchase of any of
the following systems:
- Clothes Washers
- Dishwasher
- Refrigerator
- Freezer
- Water Heater
- Furnaces
- Building Insulation
- Windows

| Requirements: |
Refrigerator/Freezer Recycling: must still work and be
Detroit Edison Customer.
AC/Dehumidifier Recycling: must be done with refrigerator/freezer.
Programmable Thermostats: purchased from participating ACE Hardware.
Furnaces: AFUE 92%+
Water Heaters: EF 0.62+, rebates vary.
Home Energy Audit: Home bust have been built before 12/31/99, rebates
vary.
Insulation: Rebates Vary.
