- Air Conditioners
Incentive level is 30% of cost.

Requirements |
Attic Insulation: R38 or higher
Exterior Wall, Crawl Space, Basement Exterior Wall Insulation: R13 or
higher.
Floor Insulation: R19 or higher.
Electric Heat Pump Water Heater: Energy Factor of 2.0 or higher.
Split Central Air: SEER 15, EER 12.5
Packaged Central Air: SEER 14, EER 12
Nat. Gas, Propane, or Oil Water Heater: Energy Factor of 0.8 or higher.
Nat. Gas, Propane, or Oil Furnace or Hot Water Boiler: Fuel Efficiency >
