Green Energy Program Incentives
The following types of applicants are eligible to apply for the program:

  • Commercial
  • Industrial
  • Residential
  • Nonprofit
  • Schools
  • Local Government
  • Agricultural
  • Institutional

The following table shows the requirements in order to be eligible for the program:

The rebates will apply to the purchase of any of the following systems:

  • Solar Water Heat
  • Solar Space Heat
  • Photovoltaics (PV)
  • Wind
  • Geothermal Heat Pumps
  • Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels

Incentives are mapped out below:
Incentives
Delmarva: up to 25% of costs, 35% for non profit/governments
DEC: up to 33.3% PV and wind, 50% for others.
Munis: up to 33% costs, 50% solar water heating
Maximum incentive varies.
Requirements:
5 year warranty required. Must meet UL, IEEE, NEC standards. Both on and off grid systems are eligible. SRCC required for solar water heating. Must be installed by a participating contractor.
